HNTS-MRG24 MICCAI Challenge - 1st Place, Task 1

Developed and evaluated deep-learning segmentation methods (nnUNet, MedNeXt) for automatic segmentation of primary gross tumor volume (GTVp) and metastatic lymph node gross tumor volume (GTVn) in MRI scans, as part of the Institute for AI in Medicine (IKIM) internship. Our team (“TUMOR”) achieved 1st place in Task 1 of the challenge.
